Welcome to the Nook & Burrow Book Club!
At Nook & Burrow, we're passionate about building community and forming connection through books and reading. That's why we formed this book club and we hope you are excited as we round out the year with a much-loved, festive book.
What book are we reading?
We have chosen a classic for this month's book club, A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.

Where can I get my hands on the book?
Ho, ho, ho! Here you go: The Nook & Burrow December Book Club Box. Each box includes:
- A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
- 1 x 125ml Christmas Day candle
- 1 x 125ml Christmas Night candle
- Set of three Christmas card bookmarks.
When does the book club take place?
Here's a quick timeline of events:
1 December: Official start of the book club reading (you can start as early or late as you like, really).
2 January: Live and interactive Facebook book club discussion (we've given ourselves some extra time as we know this time of year is filled with eating, catching up with friends and family and, of course, reading the books we got for Christmas!)
Do I have to buy the box to be part of the book club?
No! Anyone and everyone is welcome to take part in this month-long read-a-long. However, the Nook & Burrow Book Club Box is a great way to get your hands on the book and some extra limited-edition bookish items!
Where will we discuss the book club?
Join our Facebook group to stay up to date with us and your fellow book club members. We'll be checking in throughout November and we're keen for all participants to share their reading journey with the Facebook group.
This is where we'll come together on 2 January to discuss our thoughts on A Christmas Carol. Also, feel free to share your reading journey on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #nookandburrowbookclub
