At Nook & Burrow, we're passionate about building community and forming connection through books and reading. That's why we formed this book club and we hope you are excited to join us.
As this is our first ever Nook & Burrow Book Club, we want to give you all the details. Here they are.
What book are we all reading?
We have chosen Hank Green's much-anticipated debut novel, An Absolutely Remarkable Thing, as the book we'll read during the month of October.
You may recognise Hank from his various YouTube channels - VlogBrothers, Crash Course or SciShow - and in this book, Hank takes readers on a journey into the life of a young woman who becomes an overnight celebrity before she realises that she's part of something bigger and stranger than anyone could have imaged...

Where can I get my hands on the book?
Funny you should ask, we've created the perfect accompaniment for this book club: The Nook & Burrow Book Club Box! Inside the book, you will find:

When does the book club take place?
Here's a quick timeline of events:
6 September: Nook & Burrow Book Club Box is available for pre-order
25 September: Book Club Boxes are dispatched from our studio in Melbourne to our book clubbers
1 October: Official start of the book club reading (but you can start as early or late as you like, really)
31 October: Live and interactive Facebook book club discussion
Do I have to buy the box to be part of the book club?
No! Anyone and everyone is welcome to take part in this month-long read-a-long. However, the Nook & Burrow Book Club Box is a great way to get your hands on the book and some extra limited-edition bookish items!
Where will we discuss the book club?
Join our Facebook group to stay up to date with us and your fellow book club members. We'll be checking in throughout October and we're keen for all participants to share their reading journey with the Facebook group.
This is where we'll come together on 31 October to discuss our thoughts on An Absolutely Remarkable Thing. Also, feel free to share your reading journey on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #nookandburrowbookclub
